ICERSIZE! This fun, high energy workout, includes cardio, light weights and fun exercises done on ice. The class is 30 minutes with a 30 minute "cool down-practice session". Classes are held on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 2:00 PM in 4 week sessions - Fee is $60.00. Call 508-760-2415, Ext. 10 to register.
